Scope of service

ANEM Consulting LLC performs inspection, testing, and consulting. We do not perform radon mitigation, lead abatement, or renovation work, and we are not responsible for work performed by any contractor you engage.

Pricing and laboratory costs

Prices indicated on this site are indicative and are confirmed at the time of quoting. Specimens requiring submission to an accredited laboratory are billed separately to the customer and are not included in our consulting or inspection fees. Laboratory costs vary depending on the requested turnaround, with faster results carrying a higher laboratory fee.

Laboratory results

Laboratory analysis is performed by an independent accredited laboratory. Turnaround times are those reported by the laboratory and can vary. We will pass on any delay we are told about.
